The example shows the transferring form values (<Form... <input..) together with uploaded files. The values can be transferred by GET or POST methods. All you need to do is set the value of the Upload.HttpUpload.FormName parameter as a name of the html form.<br>

For the example you need to specify script URL that accept the files. Open the example in a text editor and specify the property value "Upload.UploadUrl" of JavaPowUpload applet. The value can be:
